Returns & Refunds Policy – Arjun Photography
At Arjun Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine art print. Each piece is crafted using high-quality, museum-grade materials and carefully inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or you’re not entirely happy, please follow the steps below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or the item is incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days at arjun@arjun-photography.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the print and packaging
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps
If approved, we’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping if applicable).
Returns & Exchanges
As each print is made to order, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect. If your issue is different, please contact us — we may be able to offer an exchange depending on stock.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. We are not liable for damage during return transit. Refunds are issued after inspection.
How Long Does It Take?
Once the return is received and verified, refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days.
What’s Not Covered
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor colour or frame variation due to screen differences
- Change of mind or wrong size/finish selection
- Damage after delivery due to moisture, mishandling, or incorrect installation
